Private messages are excluded unless explicitly authorized.

Basic User

  • Personal History: View own decisions, validations, and refusals.
  • Email Audit: View metadata (Time, Open Status) for sent items only.
  • Slack/Teams: Access raw messages for own sent messages.
Level 2

Manager

  • Team Audit: Full view of team decision history and bottlenecks.
  • Email Audit: Metadata view (including open rates) for team.
  • Slack/Teams: View raw content of team conversations.
Level 3

Admin

  • Global Access: Organization-wide decision audit visibility.
  • Governance: Manage user roles, permissions, and data retention.
  • Reporting: Access consolidated, exportable compliance reports.
