These standardized actions ensure decisions are clearly captured, timestamped, and traceable across conversations (Slack & Microsoft Teams). Each action is triggered via a slash command or emoji reaction, and becomes part of the structured audit log.

Approve

Used to confirm or validate an initiative, resource, or request.

Examples

Reject

Marks a proposal, document, or plan as declined.
